The conference fee does not include individual costs for travel, accommodation and personal insurance.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and reimbursements requested before March 1st 2020 will be subject to a penalty of 10% of the paid amount
All payments made after March 1st 2020 will not be refundable.
